He has, in fact, tried to do so several times
This right here is the PERFECT explanation of why TCoPO is a bad system to rely on. Because this is the first time I have ever heard of him trying to mount any defence on the matter. I have however heard it said "He didn't respond to accusations" "OMG that means he's totally guilty"
If you're trying to convince me he's guilty, save your keypresses, I already am. I am trying to highlight why people should not rely on TCoPO to render verdict.
