I think this is a mixture of trying new things and conquering fears. For instance, curing a fear of dogs by working in their vicinity, curing a fear of needles by going through an operation without panicking, curing vertigo by getting your ass on Oblivion, that sort of thing.

Ok! This sounds Fun! Talking about being adventurous! It's great being adventurous. It takes an awful lot of energy, but it's so worth it, there's so much to do with your life if you just keep an open mind, and I just can't understand those people who waste their precious life doing the same stuff day in day out. I couldn't live like that, I'd just die.
