1) We're still working on a home construction project to make a porch to our front door. The step has been made but now we have to put up the columns and make the roof, etc.

2) I'm also working on building up a blog for a fic-universe of mine, with charts, graphs, character profiles, etc.

3) And I'm working on promoting an obscure fandom, so I'm working on generating some kind of content to put out into the void.

What made you decide to build a porch? Is it just for improving property values or do you have a special purpose for it?

Liability reasons mostly. We have a home business and during the winter it can be real slick on the sidewalk under the eaves of our house. If someone should fall, we could be sued. So, now our clients should be able to wait under a roof while we get the door and won't get snowed or rained on. Plus, there will be less shoveling this way. :)
