Willow/Oz or Willow/Tara

This is actually really hard for me because I really love both. I'll go with Willow/Tara, but I also love the idea of Oz coming back post-season 7.

Eurgh, I'll have to cop out and say both because I really can't choose, they've both got reasons why I adore each relationship and I'm sad that she never got to be with either of them long-term.

Willow/Tara, mostly for nostalgia reasons (my first f/f ship)! Upon re-watching the show I find Oz a lot more interesting as a character, though.

Willow/Oz all the way. Willow/Tara was cute but I didn't love it nearly as much. ;3;

Well, like, all the people who mentioned how in your face it was, i do remember that. Also, I sorta felt the turn Willow took after Tara was killed was just so...OOC.

That soured my view on the pairing so much.

*rolls eyes* Is it that surprising that I found a hamfisted love story so tokeny and that one character became massively OOC?

Grow up.

Willow/Tara. I hated them writing out Oz and making Willow a lezbean, but in the end, Tara was one of my favorite parts of later BtVS.

Willow/Tara is the major ship, Oz was the mere highschool boyfriend.

This is hard for me as well but I think I'd go for Willow/Oz. Willow kind of treated Tara badly towards the end and it felt like their relationship was self destructing while the Oz breakup felt a little more natural and made neither of them seem horrible.

Both relationships were really cute in the beginning though.

Yeah, I really liked Willow/Tara at first but when Willow began straight up erasing Tara's memory in order to keep Tara in the relationship, I was like "holy shit, I'm out." I mean, I like fucked up relationships and everything, but that was a little too much for me, especially considering that Tara had already experienced a lot of abuse in the past at the hands of her family which made it even harder to watch her be so emotionally manipulated in a relationship that was supposed to be loving and the antithesis of the treatment she received growing up. That whole arc was just upsetting and left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Tara deserved a lot better than the relationship she got (hell, she deserved a much better life in general. Poor girl)

I'm still pretty fond of Willow/Oz though
