Man I wont list them all, I'll be here all night if I do, but some of my absolute top faves:

Darth Vadar, I loved the voice and the suit he just looked awesome.

Magneto, one of my top Marvel villains both from the movies and comics, he's one where I do sympathise with why he thinks like he does but takes things way, way too far.

Loki, again one of my fave Marvel villains, he's a selfish scheming shit-head and I love watching him cause havoc.

Valentine from Kingsmen, he's probably been one of my favourite villains in recent years tbh, and I loved his quirk of hating violence and being squeamish about blood.(Oh and I'll add Gazelle with him as well, she was absolutely kickass and I really liked that the two of them actually cared about one another too, so often villains are more the 'every man for himself' kind so it was really refreshing for me to see a bad-guy duo where they don't try to sell each other out).

Amy from Gone Girl, good lord she was all kinds of utterly horrifying and completely fucked up but I enjoyed watching her screw people over nonetheless.

Yes, she was so brilliant. I loved her fighting style, I loved the 'no tragic backstory' for either her or Valentine, they just wanted to fuck shit up. It was great.

IA with all of these but since I'm on a Kingsman kick I'm going to just comment about that because I can't help myself.

Valentine and Gazelle were fun in a way villains haven't been in recent years, and I appreciate that. I like villains with sympathetic back-stories, but I also like when they just kind of...are. They have their reasons, and their reasons might not be reasons that make sense to anyone else, but they stand behind them unapologetically.

One of the great things about Kingsman was how funny and lighthearted it could be. (Gazelle serving Harry and Valentine McDonald's, Gazelle's comment about killing "Feels great, right?" and Valentine responding, "No, no it felt fucking terrible" ...they were a great duo.) And yes, Valentine not being able to stand the sight of blood was a nice change, as well as Valentine and Gazelle being equals (Gazelle did not feel like she took a backseat to ANYONE) and genuinely caring about each other.

Yes, I agree completely with what you've said here. Like Valentine and Gazelle were honestly my favourite thing about the movie(it was all good fun though and I liked the rest of the cast too) pretty much because of how different they were to the type of villain we've been seeing in recent years. One of my favourite fictional things is a badass duo(good or evil) and Kingsman gave me that tenfold and I utterly loved it.

Gazelle wasn't the penultimate boss battle, she was the boss battle and was fucking glorious in it. A+ fighting style, would watch over and over again.

Also I really, really loved the music whenever Valentine or Gazelle came on-screen, it was weird, halting and almost eerie and imo it worked really well for them.

What I liked about Gazelle is that she was so ridiculously talented that Eggsy (who was 'Olympic team material' and quite efficient at killing by that point himself) had to 'trick' her to beat her. Eggsy was good at hand to hand and gymnastics, but Gazelle was basically unstoppable by normal means. He had to out-think her because there was no way he was going to best her in a straight up psychical confrontation.

Yes! I thought it was almost Kill Bill-ish. It was kind of funky and disturbing but also very catchy.

Yup, yup and it's not a slight on Eggsy at all that he couldn't beat her in a straight up fight, he's very good but man she was in a league all of her own.

Oh, you know I agree it was almost Kill Bill-esque. It was awesome either way and it just added a little something more to their scenes I feel.
