Does it need to be about the Pacific theater specifically? Because there's a really interesting movie called Go for Broke! about the 442nd Regiment of the US Army, which was made up of Japanese Americans. I caught it on some random cable chanel a few months ago. Wikipedia says it's copyright wasn't renewed, so you can probably find it on youtube.
