Caliborn, from Homestuck. I just love that little asshole to bits. Perfect villain! Although all the other villains from Homestuck are entertaining, too. Damn you, Hussie, and your habit of making everyone at least a little bit sympathetic even while being terrible!

Also on the list would be Light Yagami from Death Note, Valentine & Gazelle from Kingsman, Sauron from LOTR (okay, that might be my childhood talking), GLaDOS from Portal, and...probably Felix and Locus from Red vs. Blue, although I haven't actually watched the latest season yet.

...I love a lot of villains, okay.
