Eh, I imagine this comes from how one defines MRA. Many people just think it means the male equivalent of feminist, because they find the word feminist to be only about women's issues, so use MRA to mean they are concerned about men's issues too. Not that they think women need to be barefoot in the kitchen, but for example, about eliminating harmful gender roles that hurt men, promoting safe spaces for male victims of sexual or domestic violence, etc.
