Uh, "the Ministry of Agriculture is not in charge of Gunndam" is from something a while ago where there was a SCANDAL in the Japanese government because workers were updating Wikipedia pages about Gundam (among other things) while on the job. So there was an official press release about how that was bad, blah, blah, blah, and culminated with the eminently quotable "the Ministry of Ariculture is not in charge of Gundam."
(The icon comes from the fourth (http://youtube.com/watch?v=0N5Wpa8UCkg) Gundam SEED Destiny chibi short film, which I recommend wholeheartedly if you ever saw the series.)
