Lesser known fantasy movies

I'm looking for recs for fantasy movies. Things most people haven't heard of since I've seen all the biggies. Quality doesn't matter as long as it is somewhat watchable.

I enjoyed Paperhouse. A girl finds herself inside a picture she drew, and I never know how much I can say before people will get upset over spoilers.

Another one off the top of my head is The Piano Tuner of Earthquakes. The Quay Brothers can be kind of weird, which I love, but there's always really compelling imagery.

Nemo (depending on what country you're in, it might have been released under the title Dream One). Very obscure, very surreal, loosely based on an old comic strip called Little Nemo in Slumberland.

The 10th Kingdom is pretty obscure. Quality is all over the place, with some really cool stuff and some stuff that just feels like filler. Do be warned that it can be unexpectedly violent.
