way less expensive than a car and less dangerous + less license requirements than a motorcycle

(ayrt) I've considered it, I just worry that it might still be more dangerous than a car? I live in Texas, is the thing, where everything is spread out far apart and drivers are aggressive. Still might be better than walking though, I don't know...
