I assume they mean parasite if you act entitled.

I used to drive around my disabled friend who did not live anywhere near me (I also have a disability but it doesn't prevent me from driving) and I was more than happy to do so until I realised he was taking me totally for granted, and never ever offered any petrol money. At which point I decided many many other of his satellite friends could take up the mantle. Or he could just take public transport when his health was okay.
