Inspired by yesterday and brushing my teeth today.

What kind of toothpaste do you use? Tooth brush? How often? Floss? Gargling stuff?

I think I'm bad at gargling.

First I floss between all my teeth. Then I use crest toothpaste to brush them all for like...3 minutes. Then I use mouthwash. Then I breathe thru my teeth like 2-3 times quickly because the minty breathe is awesome. Then I clean my toothbrush and go to bed. :D

I brush every morning and do the other things when I remember to

1) Come to the realization that it's been a good week (or more) since I've last brushed my teeth.

2) Brush them to the point that sun would be jealous of their gleam.

3) Rinse and repeat.

- Blue sparkly children's toothpaste
- Whatever I can get cheap, so no electric ones
- At least once a day, still trying to get in the habit of twice a day. I'm not a morning person at all so it's been hard. |D
- Still trying to get in the habit.
- Nope. When I'm at my parent's house, I'll steal some of theirs, but I don't own any myself, lol.

First, I floss. Floss gets stuck between my teeth easily, so I use a Water Pic instead. Then I brush with Crest for IDK a minute and a half? I use Crest Mouthwash to rinse. And that's it.

I brush with Crest Pro-Health (cinnamon flavor) twice a day. I need to get better about flossing and using mouthwash.

Brush teeth before going to bed. Sometimes mouth wash. Usually floss.

Sometimes totally forget because too tired and just fall asleep, because I am human.

You don't brush in the morning too?

Nah. I rinse my mouth but I eat breakfast as soon as I get up so brushing would make everything taste disgusting.

I will brush before going out if I have a particularly important appointment or I have to give a presentation or something.

you could just brush after breakfast.

Usually don't have time.

And besides, it's not really necessary as long as your oral hygiene is consistent.

Morning: floss, brush teeth for a minute or so

Evening: floss, brush teeth for a minute, use mouth wash every two-three days depending on how I feel since mouthwash dries my mouth out which is bad

throughout the day: floss when/if I need to

I use an electric toothbrush, Sensodyne for my toothpaste, and Scope for my mouthwash, Oral-B floss. I have extremely sensitive gums so stronger mouthwashes have been known to cause my gums to bleed if I use them too often. (Basically thought I had gum disease and was using mouthwash like crazy until my dentist told me to please stop) Scope is the one that works best for me followed by Crest pro-health mouthwash if I don't have scope when I need it. Everything I use is for sensitive teeth and gums.

Morning & evening, regular brush, whitening past that doesn't work anyway but oh well.

I start my shower, start to wash my hair if I'm going to that day, and grab my toothbrush and use it, then I wash my face.

SA. oh yea I use cinnamon toothpaste.

Floss
Oral Irrigator
Brush for 2 minutes with electric toothbrush (and Crest Pro-Health Toothpaste)
Alcohol-free Fluoride Rinse (alcohol can dry out the tissues in your mouth and kill off good bacteria too)

I forget.
