No. I just think it will be differently good and differently bad.

That's one of the things that I mentally sort into the broad, overarching category of "Things that are essentially a consequence of the fundamental condition of human existence being basically temporal and mortal". And I don't worry much about those things.

Well yeah. Obviously. But it's also good that I'd be jealous cause it means we are advancing as a society and I got to watch it.

Not especially. Maybe in the sense that daily tasks will be even more convenient and knowledge will be easier to access, but I have little hope in the future of the earth's environment, the economic structure, and political environment.

Yeah. I think I will just be jealous either way. Like, youth is a wonderful thing, and even if you stay young at heart, your bod will just say "no" at some point.

YES. One day they will figure out how to port human minds into awesome flying robot bodies with jetpacks and lasers and sadly it will probably be after all our times. I'm already preemptively jealous.

I'll probably envy having a body that's not riddled with aches and pains, but personally, I try to live my life in such a way that I'll feel satisfied by it when it's drawing to an end, and there'll be no reason to be jealous of anyone else's life.

Nah. I think that the shitty parts will about equal the good parts and I'll just remember the days when I could go out without sunscreen and not instantly get skin cancer.

Maybe parasols will become a thing again. I see Asian tourists in DC with them sometimes, and other people carrying regular umbrellas for the same reason.

Well, they're definitely a thing in Korea, as far as I know. ...That would be kinda neat but I'm not sure how they'd update it so that hipsters would embrace the parasol trend.
