I succumbed to the long game my own family played on me. For reference, this was an almost four-decade conspiracy, that they now deny ever happened. Even though I remember everything with painful clarity, because I was a child when it happened, they now get to lie about it, and are believed, over my memories. That wasn't my lowest point, my lowest point was getting angry about it. Not hard to see why I spent the better part of two decades trying to get AWAY from these people, is it now?
