I usually just come up with some name that represents the plot of the fic without giving away that it is smut. Like I'm currently writing a fic involving one of the characters being duplicated, so that file is called Double. And I'm writing a first time fic that is called first. The desk sex fic I'm writing is called office.

Not super creative, but it tells me what they are without giving it away to anyone who may see.
