damn... fifteen years in, i'm being treated badly, we have kids, wondering if it's worth keeping on going, i want to KNOW but i guess if i'm not sure?

I guess it depends on what you mean by "treated badly" (like, are they refusing to mow the lawn when you ask them to or are they belittling you and generally just being disrespectful and abusive?), but even if you DID love them, then it might still be time to get out of that relationship. Sometimes, love just isn't enough and you really don't want to be one of those people who stays in a toxic relationship because you believe that you should put up with it because you love them (especially since you have kids. I definitely got a lot of shitty ideas about how relationships are supposed to work from watching my own parents). If the issues are little things that you feel can be overcome, then it might be worth a shot to try and convince your partner to go to a marriage counseling session or two. If they absolutely refuse to do anything to work on the problems you two have with each other, then it may be time to start thinking about divorce proceedings (assuming that you're married. based on your comment, I'm not sure)
