Eh, I think people in general should admit to it more easily.

That being said...I think a lot of people are shit at estimating ages. And after a certain point, it gets sort of fuzzy.

I think until maybe early 20's it's sort of obvious people are young...after that, there's a lot of difference in how people age.

Exactly. Environment, genetics, mental health, it all takes its toll.

I'm definitely not getting carded anymore (the grey hair helps loads LOL) but I'm starting to look way older than I used to, thanks to my mental health going downhill at an alarming rate. :P

Some people have good genes too. (And if you take care of yourself in addition to that, it can make a major difference in keeping you looking young.)

Yeah this, when someone is in their teens or 20's it's easy to tell, but past that it's just a guessing game for anyone.
