Room by room, then prioritize. Maybe pack one or two boxes of "we'll need this right away" type things, like clothes, toiletries, etc. for a couple days. Label everything, even if you think you'll remember. If you're super organized, label each box by what room they're meant to go to, then attach an inventory of what's in the box.
