A fic I've been following for 8 years and has been on hiatus since 2013 was updated today and finished! I am so happy RN.

Anyone else have any fics that have updated after a really long time, recently or otherwise?

When I was reading Pokemon fic back in the day, there was a HUUUUGE fic called Pokemon MASTER. It was awesome and had 11 chapters posted, but it took the writer 4 FUCKING YEARS to finish it. I honestly thought he had abandoned it. But nope!! Imagine my surprise one day when I sorta checked the site out of curiosity and I saw the last two chapters (technically one, but it was such a massive chapter it was split in two).

I was SUUUUUCH a happy camper. I immediately sat there and saved every chapter so I could read it at my leisure.

This has the latest "update" as the original site was deleted, though Ace did post it back up again. Either way, this or his actual site link has teh entirety of the story.

Rereading it all these years later DOES make the story seem a bit...amateurish, but it's still a fun read, if anything for his massive story and world building.
