I really don't want poop in my anal. And since most of the time I'm reading characters who are supernatural in some way, so it is fairly easily hand waved away.

However, I personally love a lot of preparation. Rimming and fingering I find as hot as actual penis in ass penetration. So I'm totally down for pics with lots of that sort of preparation.
