That's Stephen Colbert as the Stripper Raven from his book Wigfield (co-authored by Amy Sedaris and Paul Dinello). The book has illustrations. There's an audio book version performed by all three of them and it's hilarious. (The Audio Book might have had copies of some of the pics in the insert in the CD case but I'd have to wake my cat to get at the case right now so I won't sorry. )
