It's Soundwave I'm having trouble with, if he's the other non-verbal in need of help with daily living skills. I mean, non-verbal yes, even if it's mostly by choice and he manages to get all his points across anyway, but needing help with daily living? Prime Soundwave has his shit together better than any other Decepticon, in this and possibly any other continuity. He minds everyone else's business, let alone his own, and is one of the main reasons Megatron wasn't shanked eons ago. Fights are the least of places Soundwave proves competent.

Unless they mean something else by 'daily living', but to be fair the Decepticons are billions-of-years-old fighting machines with a heavily indoctrinated and backstabbing society who've been at war forever. Social skills and the ability to live normally when not at war isn't really most of their strong points.
