Gordon Ramsay tore off his shirt in a quick and weird way to put on a chef's coat. I didn't see his chest, so I went back a bit in my show to look at it. I missed it again, so I went back again. It looked like a 45-year-old man's chest.

Maybe he stays fit because lugging big bowls full of stuff, big pots, big bags of ingredients is not a job for weak guys.

(My Mum once told some of the staff she worked with in a hospital kitchen that that is the reason more men are chefs than women. She'd had a morning not long before where she was short-staffed and had to lug the bowl of eggs out of the cold room herself. It was heavy.)
