I suppose. But sex dreams give you endorphins and literally make you feel happier. I know that after a night without one or where I was woken in the middle of one, I'll feel more frustrated and depressed for the whole next day.

Plus, my sex dreams very often include superpowers or other fandom things because 90% of my dreams are fandom related.

Well if they work for you, then I'm glad you have them :)
The dreams I wake up the most stoked are ones that had exceptionally beautiful landscapes (last night... wow. Epic wow. So beautiful), or where I get to do awesome stuff, and somehow for me sex dreams don't really do it. I love the plotty dreams, too. Not long ago I had a dream where I was enjoying the story so much I actually refrained from taking control of it, just to see what would happen next.

Sounds like each of us gets to enjoy our preferred type of dream XD
