They are not "sexist" because there is no such thing as sexism against men. Yes, they really have to *work on* making sure men keep all their advantages and privileges [proven fact: male name on something = instant publisher pro-bias]. Mustn't let those dang wimmin gain anything, no SIR.

Lol

Men are not systematically oppressed but stop with the whole "sexism = sexism + POWER" - institutionalized sexism is a thing, but so is sexism on a personal level. (and, for that matter, I would say that institutionalized gender roles harm men AND women, and both men and women perpetuate a sexist system, therefore, there is some sexism against men - but not generally oppressive in the way that it is toward women). Though I think you're probably trolling since you obviously didn't read my post, so whatever.

nayrt Define sexism then, since we are all obviously talking about different things when we say the bad evil word "sexism". If you're not using it in the "generally oppressive" way, then it could be something that ayrt may not define as their idea of "sexism", but instead plain prejudice.

They define it as "prejudice" instead of "sexism" because they have a shallow grasp of social science and use it to browbeat instead of using it to understand social reality.

Well that's them told I guess.
