How was everyone's weekend?

My roommate is coming back today after being away all weekend. I was supposed to clean the apartment before she got back. I was procrastinating to do it today, only I managed to catch a bug and have been really sick since yesterday and have gotten nothing done. They are inspecting our apartment for move-out tomorrow. Ack.

Ouch. I'm a last minute cleaner when it comes to stuff like that, but I'm sure it's not gonna be easy if you're sick. Good luck.

Spouse and child are preparing for a trip, but I can tolerate the constant interruptions ("Where are my swim goggles?") because once they go I will have the house all to myself for TEN DAYS.

I came back from my vacation, just to discover I lost my fandom-related data in a computer crash.

Looking forward to it being over. I work two jobs today and I'm not finished with the first one yet. ;;;

I slept a lot and did nothing but a little cleaning. Considering I was traveling from last Thursday through this past Wednesday, I guess I was tired and needed the time off.

Not a good weekend in general. I've been sick all summer, and I'm fucking tired of it.

Saturday wasn't nearly as productive as I wanted. Lots of interruptions and I didn't get much writing done. I've done much better this morning. I'm finally on the last section of my story and I'm really hoping I can get that done before the end of today. *crosses fingers*

Just got out of Jurassic World. Now time to eat tasty food!

Really good! Like abnormally so.

Friday and Saturday, I was at a music festival and I got to see some performances from some people that I love, including my absolute favorite singer, and also hang out with a bunch of people and just have a good time generally.

And then today it's been a nice laid back Sunday and I'm cooking up some pasta and meatballs for later. So it's been good. Good enough that I'm already starting to dread the reversal of fortune.

It was good! My town had 18,000 people show up for a local/minor league soccer final. I went to the game, and even though we lost, it was insane and a lot of fun. I remember when I was so excited back when 4,000 people showed up to the opening game because that seemed like the best it would ever be.

Was okay until today, then shark week decided to happen(uuugh) but I managed to see two movies this weekend so it was all good.

Yeah alright. Played mmo a lot. My dislike of BNF grew when they were part of a serverwide "help me out" because I'd bitten off more than I could chew. They managed to claim the reward I was after that the server was helping me get because it was a better colour than the one they already had. 30 minute long 'polite' roundabout conversation later, I got it. Will be careful to only request help when they're not online next time...

Helped some poor noob move who got on BNF bad side by building "too close" to their base.

Went to doggie classes, did alright. Cleaned. Went to burgers with mates and played exploding kittens. I prefer CAH.

I'm so curious about who this is. What game is this in? WoW or ff14?

Found out my recent ex-boyfriend lied about why he dumped me and actually dumped me to fuck around with a new female friend he also recently met. Almost a decade down the drain for him to have fun with someone else.

Maybe it's for the best that a worthless guy like that has gone away. I know that doesn't help now, I was dumped recently too. Stay away from his hang outs and do fun things on your own and with friends when you can.

Not bad actually. I'm trying to come to terms with the fact that I've had to lighten up my schedule, but I'm trying to occupy myself with fun things so that I'll be ready to get back to doing more.
