I found them a bit odd, too.
Then again my prudishness is more that I dislike when kids' shows have blatantly sexual content or jokes that are okay because it "goes over the kids' heads". I don't like it.

yeah, true. I mean the gif sets are especially putting focus on the bits... but it feels like pandering to an adult audience + kids do pick up on it, in a way.
