I'm playing armchair psychologist, but could it be there are other tings going on in our life causing this?

Nice image of Quark there for the secret, anon.

Agreed, perfect Quark image for this secret.

Maybe it's became too predictable, OP. Good fic means kudos/reviews means same old, same old.

That's what I'm thinking too. OP has lost the thrill because it's become routine. OP - have you considered trying for original fic/getting published?

Are you apathetic about other things that should get you excited?

(Anonymous) 2015-08-11 12:37 am (UTC)(link)
Because, if so, maybe you should talk to a professional. If not, maybe take a break, or you could turn off both kudos and comments (or notifications of such) for a while.

Sounds like me when I had a recent bad cycle of depression. I wasn't suicidal, per se, but I felt kind of wrung out and apathetic about everything, including things I usually enjoy. If that sounds familiar to you, might want to talk to a doctor or at least be aware of what's going on.

I think the problem is that AO3 doesn't really make reviews as prominent or noticeable as on ff.n.

If it's fandom fatigue you're feeling and not something else that's going on in your life, you could start a whole new account under a different name and try writing something youve never written before. Either different characters, style, plots, etc. You might be in a rut and just need to shake things up a little bit.

Or there's something else in your life that's taking your attention. In that case, you might want to take a breather from the fandom. It might give you some new perspective into your fandom.
