my folks just got a batch of fresh eggs from the neighbors by trading some of their tomatoes.

I think it's almost a shame to eat them, because they're so pretty! They're a mix of whitish, brown, pale green, and speckled. :3

Pretty much, though it started with "are there any mer-boys?" and escalated from there. Twenty minutes later and big bro/sis were pretty much putting words in my mouth concerning the whole debacle. ("She wants to know how mermaids have sex!", etc).

Honestly though, my memories are a little fuzzy considering this was twenty years ago and I'd half-forgotten about it, only my niece is currently obsessed with this movie (specifically the mermaid part) and during a family gathering (while this movie was playing) the older siblings brought it up.

And no, I don't really expect them to stop teasing me about it for having posted this secret.
