I love the storyarc of G'Kar and Londo. Neither were exactly outright villains, but both started out the series (and for Londo spent most of it) doing horrible things that got people killed and being so focused on their hatred of each other's race that they lost sight of the bigger picture. G'Kar learned his lesson the harder way and faster, but Londo came around in the end too

I love how it basically played out exactly like Londo always envisioned it would; was it because Londo had a bit of the Sight himself, or did it become a self-fulfilling prophecy, when he agreed to take on the Keeper?

Self-fufilling imo. He's so set on his destiny that he ends up ensuring it happens just as he's seen, despite previously wanting to change it. It's also a bit of of self-flagellation, as he's punishing himself for his misdeeds since he knows, through his death dream that he will suffer and then be released from that suffering by G'Kar - his greatest enemy and his greatest friend.
