Getting ready to show the suite. It's still not done. Drywall need to go up, floors need to be levelled and flooring put down, window needs to be finished, cabinets/countertop/sink need to be installed.

After that it will be a lot of painting and applying a backsplash. I still haven't even started on some work-related shit.

I just want this to be over with and have the place tenanted out. I'm juggling 15 inquiries so far, with assuredly more to come. So stressed that we've started fighting over stupid shit.
