But there's no historical link, there's no intellectual link, and the idea doesn't account for the possibility that certain ideas were simply in the air

And like backlash against feminism and men feeling threatened by loss of superiority is something that has to derive from a single cultural American point.

I mean, do I have to talk about the bitter MRA dads inspired by Nazism who harassed their former partners/mothers of their kids, lesbian mothers and single mothers in my very non-American city?
