James Rhodes/half the MCU. I mean, Tony and Pepper, obviously, but I also like him with a lot of SHIELD agents for some reason (Nick, Natasha, Maria), plus any multi combination of the above.

Also MCU: Nick Fury/Phil Coulson(/Pepper Potts). Nick/Phil is fairly obvious, Nick/Phil/Pepper and just Nick/Pepper are the result of liking Phil/Pepper on occasion and combining them. I don't think anyone's written that fic, though.

Nyota Uhura (TOS)/half the rest of the crew, but Uhura/Scotty, Uhura/Sulu and Uhura/McCoy in particular. I also like Sulu/Chekov.

Still in Star Trek: Data/Geordie, Worf/Jadzia, and if alien skin colours count, then also Garak/Bashir, Garak/Odo and Shran/Archer(/Soval). I kind of shipped B'Elanna/Janeway a little as well.

John Stewart/Shayera Hol (DCAU). Kind of childhood OTP, though I actually liked Vixen as well. I have mixed feelings about trying to OT3 them, though, because I have it in my head that it wouldn't be fair.

Ancelyn/Winifred Bambera (DW Classic). Again, childhood OTP. Every awesome military commander should have a beautiful space knight fall out of the sky for her (if she wants one, I mean).

Nathan Jackson/Ezra Standish (M7), slightly complicated in that I feel compelled to be loyal to Nathan/Rain canon, but I just really like the complicated dynamic he has with Ezra.

Aramis/Porthos (2014 version). Possibly one of the shippiest takes on Aramis and Porthos I've seen in a while, even in spite of Aramis/Anne.

Hardison/Parker/Elliot (Leverage). One of the most fun trios I've seen in ages.

I've only just started watching it, but I'm tentatively really liking Sun/Capheus on Sense8. 'Spirit of Van Damme Korean lady' indeed.

Ardeth/Jonathan (the Mummy), but to be honest it's mostly Ardeth/anyone on the grounds that Oded Fehr is really hot and should get it on with people. Ardeth and Jonathan are really funny together as well, though.

There are probably a bunch more, because I tend to multiship a lot, and I haven't gone near anime fandoms. Those are the off-the-top-of-my-head ones.
