I dunno, I think Royal Warriors and Sleeping Warrior - Mulan/Philip/Aurora and Aurora/Mulan, respectively--are fairly popular. I ship both, plus Emma/not-actually-Cora Lancelot, AU SwanQueen (because Regina never took responsibility for anything/not comfortable shipping her with anyone unless she realizes what she did to Graham) and season 2 Robin/Marian (fuck post season 3A OUAT, honestly.)
