and, your adolescent years are the ones where you change the most. what may have been true three months ago for a sixteen year old may not be what's true now. i think it's stupid to expect teenagers to be stable and settled in the first place

if someone over 30 says they identify as asexual or demisexual i'm way more likely to assume this is a permanent label than if a teenager says it
