What kind of humour just doesn't work for you? Not so much controversial topics, but style/character/vibes or types of delivery.

The only thing I can think of now that I don't file under bad taste is polite, overly jovial delivery. Like when you're with colleagues or acquaintances or distant relatives, and they don't stop smiling and laugh too early at their own jokes. And they rib you for things that aren't offensive but aren't amusing.

I feel like a lot of times, they could actually afford to tone it down while saying the same things. Just a little would do.

People just cussing over and over and over for no reason. I don't mean using dirty language in a creative way, just people going "fuck this" and "fuck that" and yelling expletives every third word just because. It's like a five-year-old who just discovered dirty words existed.
