This character is so fascinating she's even appeared on Jurassic World fandom when I was going through some raptor squad fix-it fic needs.

Im pretty neutral about Darcy myself, but there are times I just cant help but be baffled about this character's popularity sometimes.

I think she's like what a lot of nerd girls look up to, or want to be, in a kind of non-threatening way. Gorgeous in an unassuming way, snarky, sassy, but also clumsy and awkward in such a cute! realistic! geeky! way.
