Seriously, though. That reminds me of the stink someone raised when asieybarbie drew Garnet with long straight hair and the art was based on a photo of Garnet's voice actress, Estelle (who is black), with the same long straight hair. But someone had a fit and accused the artist of whitewashing Garnet even though she drew her with dark brown skin because she was basically drawing Estelle in Garnet cosplay.

It makes me wonder what bubble that person lived in where black people can't have straight hair. I mean, black hair is versatile and it can be styled many different ways. So it would make sense for a black artist like asieybarbie to showcase the hair versatility she has firsthand knowledge about, right?
