I used to be fat. She and him made fun of me for it big time, really cruel. I lost a bunch of weight. Now I'm fit and they're fat and getting fatter. I feel like an awful person but it fills me with delight.

I can't blame you for being filled with delight. There's a bit of karma going on here... but I do kind of hope that you aren't openly nasty to them (this does not preclude them being assholes first), because being the better person always feels good.

People turning into that they harm others for is about as just as anything. See: players ending up alone, the arrogant failing, people who cheat or plagiarize being expelled, etc.

As long as your reaction is "ha ha! you used to bully me for that!" and not just "ha ha! You're fat and therefore shitty" you're good. Just don't gloat. Maybe at the end of all this they'll have learned something.
