Yes, I can. and a man will tend to be stronger and can overpower and rape a woman. this does not mean that every sex act between men and women has this power imbalance. why are you assuming I will use my worldly ways (which btw, I know 40 year olds who still live with their parents and have the emotional complexity of toddlers, should they be sheltered from making bad decisions and sleeping with somone more worldly than them?) to trick a teenager into bed?

well if we talk about a aspect of teenager itself rather then the person, and you must seek the quantity of it, unless you been super lucky. ever get bored?

Because, in the sweltering complexity of situations in everyday life, society necessarily has to draw the lines for what is legal and not legal, and what is generally right and not right, somewhere. And that will necessarily be imprecise, and there will always be edge cases, but that's the line.
