Good. Being angry is a healthy response to being in a screwed-up relationship, whether it actually passed the line into abusive or not. Do you write, or do any form of art? Because some amazing stuff can come out of anger. And hell, even if it's not amazing, it can be extremely satisfying to write the asshole in as the villain or even just disposable bad guy assistant #3182. ^_^

Out of curiosity, and you don't have to answer this if you don't want, but because I haven't noticed him around here since about the time you guys split, would this by any chance be the person you were involved with who also used to post here?
