Honestly I don't remember much of this movie except the mentioned Naveen Andrews/Nurse stuff, but I think that's pretty standard for Hollywood romances. As long as a male and female character are on the screen, they are going to jump each others bones, whether they have chemistry or not (there's some movies that don't follow this trope, of course, but more often than not, they do and it's annoying as hell).
