Not on anti-depressants: all the time

A lot lately. I've been thinking about how I'm probably 1/3 done with my life already and haven't accomplished much, how my parents have been getting older, how some of my friend's parents have pasted suddenly, how nobody really cares about the animals that get run over, and just a lot end of life stuff honestly.

More than I want to. Mostly people I care about dying.

Every day, usually several times a day. Of course, I am very suicidal, so it's probably not like a normal person.

Not a lot at the moment, too taken up with just having created new life and any depressing or deep thoughts are just too exhausting.

Though I don't like being nearly 40...

Once every few years I consider it and go into a state of semi panic. It's like clockwork, really.

Most of the time I don't consider it and only use it as a motivator to get me off my ass, or to stop me from panicking about something small.
