My teeth are also like this, and the cause has turned out to be hyperparathyroidism. My parathyroid hormone (which regulates the calcium in your body) is too high, and it's stripping calcium that I need from my teeth and bones. And depositing it in my kidneys, which is not a place I want it to be.
