Final Fantasy - I got into it half a year before Advent Children was released. Given that that was around 10 years after FF7 was released, and 9 after FF8, both games had a fair bit of Old Fandom feel, with old archives and old web circles. AC revived FF7 but FF8 remained an old fandom.

There's a few older animes I occasionally read in that I'm a bit late to as well, mostly as they are old, slow and have very little new fic.
