None. I have occasionally streamed shows online, though, usually anime that's not available outside Japan yet.

Right now I'd love that one fic that fills in the blanks from the First Age through the Third Age from Sauron's perspective. There are some great authors out there who have filled in some of the blanks, but I'd love to see all of them filled in.

You need to communicate to her, at least gently at first.

Since you feel so stuck, could you work on your phobia of wasps and insects? I mean that seriously. That could be a way forward. Even professional help for controlled exposure.

(I loooooove insects and have considered insect tattoos on my arms, lol. I like to put really large insects on my face to get intimate with them, like the Goliath stick insect which I used to live around.)

Does she know about your fear of wasps? After 12 years I assume she does, in which case it's a dick move on her part. Maybe she doesn't realise it extends to pictures too?

You definitely need to talk to her about it and unless your gf has some issues of her own, she's not going to resent you for telling her you're uncomfortable with her choice of tattoos because of your fear of the insects, ffs.

Does she already have a design picked out? If not and she's dead-set about getting the tattoo anyway, ask her if you can pick the design out together, maybe there's some stylized design that doesn't set you off.

But seriously, talk to her. If I got a tattoo and my bf of 12 years only told me afterward that it horrifies him I would be fucking pissed as hell.

(And if she's the kind of person who doesn't care about the fact she's getting a body modification that will terrify her SO just because she wants to stick it to some random people? Maybe you need to rethink your stance on the "no 'dump her!'" advice thing. If it really is as major a thing for you as you make it out to be then it should matter to her enough to re-consider.)

Well, I've heard that the origin comes from prison. It is used for men who are repeatedly raped and passed around. So...there is that.

I know exactly what you mean! Especially your last paragraph, and the part about the romance "replacing" their previous relationship rather than supplementing it. I feel that too - for me I think it's partly also because of the unusual context with Mulder and Scully, the whole "trust no one" stuff, that's just so not remotely similar to attraction or romance that it feels like "what the hell is this romance stuff even doing being in the same room with them?" It's kind of like suddenly grafting a "it was all daddy issues!" motivation onto a character whose motives have always been very clearly defined and had absolutely nothing to do with daddy issues, or something.

I've torrented one program. No games because I don't understand how that works. I've torrented plenty of TV shows and movies but only ones I already own (and want to make GIFs of).

The point is, it's not about giving her projects a chance. She is a straight-up mess who treats people horribly. I take it you've never interacted with her personally? She loves fans who kiss her ass, but the second anyone says the slightest criticism, she's ready to rip you to shreds and have her fans do the same. There have been many fans and friends of hers that she's wrung dry of all the use she can get out of them, then thrown away when she was finished.

Before you think all of the accusers are bullies, read up on the facts, all of the facts. Not everyone you look up to is a saint. The fact that you're getting so worked up about this just means you're buying into all of the bullshit she spits out. People like her do not deserve the love and attention they get. She is a horrible role model to the fans who look up to her. While her art CAN be good (painting style, mostly; her expressions and colors leave much to be desired), there are many more artists out there with much better personalities to learn from.

Oh man, the bad endings... my first playthrough I got decapitated by the rapist character. I don't even know what happened. lol This was my first yaoi game ever, by the way.

But if you get the good endings (besides Mink, because his stuff is always dark) I don't think the game is necessarily that dark? Like if you get the good ending with the hairdresser guy, it's fairly typical fluff, from what I recall. The main plot might have some dark stuff, can't remember, but I don't recall the really horrifying stuff happening unless you get the bad endings.

That boobtape though. Do artists not realize there are many more practical ways to show cleavage?

Maybe one movie a month or something. But always ones that I wouldn't have paid money to see in the first place. You don't have to believe that I wouldn't, but that doesn't make it any less true. I'd just find something else to do instead, if they came with ticket prices attatched
