Note: this does not have to be "most accurate portrayal of Ancient Egypt in fiction" just the one you personally liked best. :)

I wish Dreamworks still made movies like that instead of crap like Bee Movie and Kung Fu Panda.

The Prince of Egypt, it's a very pretty movie in general.

And The Mummy, I very much doubt that any of their ancient Egyptian scenes were even remotely realistic to history, but damn did they look beautiful.

I love you. :)

Iiiiin North Eastern Africa, born and raised
In the palace is where I spent most of my days
Chillin' out, maxin', relaxin' all the while
And playing some card games right beside the Nile

Then a couple of guys who were up to no good
Starting making trouble in my neighborhood
I got in one little duel and the gods got scared
They said "You're moving in with Yugi and his grandpa downstairs"

Mara, Daughter of the Nile by Eloise Jarvis McGraw. It's been years since I read it though.

They're older books, but Pauline Gedge wrote a few historical fiction novels set in Ancient Egypt that are quite good:

Child of the Morning
The Twelfth Transforming
Scroll of Saqqara
House of Dreams
House of Illusions

Plus a couple trilogies.
