Maybe? I actually think that gif penis is smaller than I think his actually would be. That would be considered a micropenis when compared to the Hulk's actual size.

where are you getting your statistics re: the size of the hulk's dick

I was going by the size of the image compared to Natasha's size and then the size of the Hulk in the movies. Seems way smaller than I'd imagine it would actually be. No real statistics, just basing it off the Hulk's size in the movies which is pretty huge.
