the film is still listed as in pro-production at imdb so i guess it will be a while before we hear any solid details about the cast. imdb also says that McG is directing and that is making me lose even more hope that this film will be worth anything ):

as i see it, bale is the only thing this film has going for it, but we won't be able to tell until next year :/

I had forgotten blocked it out mentally that McG was directing.

That's kind of how I feel too. The concept is kind of nice I guess, as I think it's actually going to be set in the "future", but oh god. McG.

i only just found out ): so unless the trailers and previews showcase the film to be better than the last i probably won't see it. i am so judgmental~

or not, because i bet a lot of people head desked/face palmed when they found out he was directing.

i don't like to go out on a whim and waste my money on a film i'm not sure i'll enjoy. it is why i go to the cinema so rarely anymore, they show nothing i would be interested it. i am much more into foreign cinema these days though. i worked my way across europe and now it's asian cinema i watch.

bale may be the one shining star of this film but McG? come on >:O
